Refund policy

We trust that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase!  If you are not, we will be happy to help you, within 45 days.

IMPORTANT things to know about making a return:

  • any return shipping is the customers responsibility and will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • we will be happy to refund or exchange so long as the product has original tags attached and remains in new/unworn condition.
  • customized or altered products can not be returned
  • shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Any returns or exchanges may change the status of your shipping cost, which will be calculated as required.

When returning merchandise, there are 3 options for you:

  • return your order to us in person at our retail store in Red Deer, AB
  • contact us for a shipping label to send your order back to us.  Please include a copy of the original transaction in the box.  We will facilitate the shipping and email you a label, however, fees will be deducted from your refund.
  • send back at your discretion with a carrier of your choice.  Please include a copy of the original transaction in the box.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal use items (masks, socks, underwear) or anything customized with alterations or embroidery.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
