Shipping policy

Orders that do not meet the minimum value for FREE shipping will be subject to shipping fees, as defined below:

• Value of purchase up to $249.99, flat rate Canada wide - $12.95
• Value of purchase greater than $250.00, FREE shipping, Canada wide.
• Expedited options for courier service will be provided
• Carrier is selected by The Coverall Shop at the time of shipping.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• In-stock items ship within 48-72 hours. If your order is time sensitive, please contact us to ensure availability within your timeline. 
• Note that all shipping times are estimated, The Coverall Shop won't be responsible for shipping delays beyond their control.

Remote & Oversized Shipments
While we make every effort to provide accurate shipping rates at checkout, some remote locations or oversized shipments may incur freight costs significantly higher than our standard or flat-rate charges. In such cases, we will contact you to confirm the actual shipping cost. If the additional freight is not acceptable, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order in full.
