STUDSON SHK-1 Non-Vented Safety Helmet
The SHK-1 Non-Vented is built for environments where a sealed shell isn't optional. Class E rated to 20,000 volts, it carries the same Koroyd impact core, Twiceme NFC, and Fidlock chin strap system as the vented model — without the openings that disqualify vented helmets from electrical applications.
Built for electricians, utility workers, and anyone working in or around high-voltage environments.
Key Features
Class E Non-Vented Shell Fully sealed ABS shell rated to withstand up to 20,000 volts. No vents means no conductive pathways — the right choice for electrical and high-voltage job sites.
Rear Dial Fit System One-handed micro-adjustment with an extendable front brow pad for additional fine-tuning. Dial in your fit at the start of the shift.
Accessory-Ready Compatible with the SHK-1 Half Shield, Telescoping Headlamp, Ear Defenders, Neck Shade, and more. Same accessory platform as the vented model.
Protection Technology
Koroyd® Welded Tube Core Koroyd's welded tubes crumple instantly on impact, absorbing maximum force and minimizing energy transferred to your head. Engineered to protect against both direct and angled impacts — may reduce the risk of suffering a life-changing injury. ANSI-certified for industrial use.
Twiceme® NFC An embedded NFC chip stores emergency contact and medical information. Accessible instantly by first responders with any NFC-enabled device — no app required.
Fidlock® 4-Point Chin Strap Magnetic buckle fastens and releases with one hand, even with gloves on. Adjustable nylon straps, four anchor points, secure fit.
